She has spent the past 10 years leading outdoor adventure trips and fitness endeavors of all types. On this retreat, Jackie will be the primary guide for our adventure-filled time together and the instructor for each yoga practice. She can't wait to connect with you!

Meet Monica

Monica is a Certified Level 1 fundamental skills instructor and group ride leader for mountain biking through BICP and a Certified Wilderness First Responder through NOLS. On this retreat, you will have the chance to step outside of your comfort zone in many ways including an introductory mountain bike class lead by Monica from Unruly Women! This class is perfect for absolute beginners (or anyone with experience!)-- we will start by learning basic skills on flat ground and each rider will "challenge by choice" from there.
